The upmost reason is that we are also studying same amount of income tax as compared to ca then why tax audit can only be conducted by ca's . In india all the 3 profession (CMA,CS,CA) have there own specialized like Cost audit can only be conducted by CMA, Secretarial audit can only be conducted by CS and Statutory audit can only be conducted by CA then why tax audit is only conducted by ca's.
